"Best Paper Award" has been given to "Marginalized Kernels for RNA Sequence Data Analysis" written by 3 of our MMKR Team (Taishin Kin, Koji Tsuda, Kiyoshi Asai) at the 13th International Conference on Genome Informatics / GIW , that held from 16th to 18th December at Yebis Garden Place.
Many varieties of Kernels have been presented in Bioinformatics this year.
As we could present our research in good timing, it drew many researchers' attention so that we could be awarded this prize.
We are very pleased to have such an honorable award to be compensated our yearly effort.
