We welcomed Mr. Boon, Managing Director of A*STAR (Agency for Science, Technology and Research), Singapore and his companies on 13th July 2004, to discuss on the issue to promote international collaboration between us. This time we discussed towards more concrete plan based on the last time we exchanged views with Mr. Yeo, Chairman of A*STAR on 21st May 2004. We came to an agreement to keep exchange from the wide range of points, since we deepened mutual understanding by the discussion of this time.
